Each activity has a different cancellation policy listed by our local partners. Depending on the particular activity booked, you can request for a cancellation as per the cancellation policy. In order to know, if your booking is cancellable, go to your account and click on “find my booking”. Enter your email address with your booking reference number which starts with TPX, and you will be able to view your booking. Cancel your booking if applicable.
