Can I reschedule a booking?

Cancellations & reschedule policies of a booking is based on the experience that has been booked. 

If the booked experience, allows rescheduling then our support heroes can assist you with rescheduling the booking within the limits of the reschedule policy. If the booked experience doesn't allow rescheduling, unfortunately you will not be able to reschedule the booking for another date.

Certain bookings are open dated with a flexible usage policy within 3-6 months of purchase. If that is the case, then you will be able to keep your ticket and use it on another day if you cannot visit on the planned date.
