For all cancellations on Thrillark, the refunds are automatically initiated from our end. Refunds take up to 7-14 working days. If you have cancelled your booking and still not received a refund, kindly contact your bank to help you!

Each activity has a different cancellation policy listed by our local partners. Depending on the particular activity booked, you can request for a cancellation as per the cancellation policy. In order to know, if your booking is cancellable, go to your account and click on “find my booking”. Enter your email address with your booking reference number which starts with TPX, and you will be able to view your booking.

To cancel a booking, click on Account, and then click on “find my booking”, enter your email address with your booking reference number which starts with TPX. If the booking is cancellable, click on Cancel Now to cancel your booking and the refund will be initiated right away!  Alternatively, you can use the chat option to cancel your booking with the help of our amazing support heroes
