Do I need to print my vouchers?We encourage paperless travel, eliminating the worry of leaving your tickets behind. You do not have to print your vouchers, unless explicitly stated! Simply, present your Thrillark voucher / e-ticket on mobile to the operator on the day of your activity.

My booking was unsuccessful, but my bank charged the amount. What happened?If you have got an error which says "Your booking was unsuccessful. Please try again.", then you do not need to worry or panic. In most cases this happens due to a technical error in the payment process. Do I need to carry a Photo ID for the activity?Yes, it is advised that you carry your passport or another photo ID with you. Some operators require participants to confirm their identity on arrival or at the pick-up location.

Can I reschedule a booking?Cancellations & reschedule policies of a booking is based on the experience that has been booked. If the booked experience, allows rescheduling then our support heroes can assist you with rescheduling the booking within the limits of the reschedule policy. If the booked experience doesn't allow rescheduling, unfortunately you will not be able to reschedule the booking for another date. Certain bookings are open dated with a flexible usage policy within 3-6 months of purchase.

Where can I find my booking reference number?You can find your booking reference number after making the payment with us. A copy of the confirmation for your booking, along with your reference number will be sent on email as well.

I have made a booking, but I didn’t receive my ticketsMost bookings are instantly confirmed with tickets or vouchers sent to your email. If you haven’t received a payment confirmation on your email, then we first suggest to cross check the email address entered at the time of booking. If you have the booking reference number, you can use the chat with us option to change your email address.
